Calling All Libraries!!!

With the economy in bad shape, book prices rising, and budgets being slashed, the trend is shifting away from real, hands-on books and towards e-books and online learning.  Online research is great, if done properly, but e-books take away from the hands-on love of reading.  I want to start a new trend by offering my book at cost plus shipping to any library (public or school) that is interested in buying Thunder and Blood.  In addition, I'd like to call on other authors to do the same (if their publishing contracts allow).  For more information email thunderandblood@shaw.ca.

Calling All Teachers!!!

Have you heard about Nanowrimo?  It's a writing challenge for both adults, teens and children.  In the adult version, the challenge is to write 50,000 words in 30 days (which is how I wrote Thunder and Blood).  In the child and teen version, they set their own goals.  There are kits available for teachers who are interested in implementing the program this November.  Learn more about the program at ywp.nanowrimo.org!
